12 weeks of Boot camp

Open to boys and girls 8th-12th grade

Each camp is 3 hours long. Held at the beautiful Sports World in Columbia Maryland

Winter into spring is the time to stay technically and tactically sharp, to retain confidence, and in zone in on specific details of the position. This 12-week program will raise the level of each goalkeeper and get them out of their comfort zone week by week. By the end of the 12 weeks, they will see results and have more confidence in themselves, which will result in their games.

Prices for Bootcamp for 2024
  • Pick any 1 of 7 weeks/ $175 a week
  • 8 weeks or more $160 per week
  • Limited enrollment for Bootcamp. No more than 30 can attend on a given night.
  • Each group will be broken down to 5 in a group with one coach per group. They will rotate at each station after 10 minutes.
  • There are two rounds total to make 12 stations.
  • One station is a fitness station/speed and agility with a specialized coach.
  • Each week the focus will be a different topic. See each week below for topics.

Each week the focus will be a different topic. From advanced technical skills to dealing with difficult handling techniques due to pace of the shot and the location. Dealing with point blank saves, deflections, and low ball saves. We will work on 1v1 situations to dealing with crosses. Each session will also cover the tactical side of the game and being decisive in each topic being taught.

  • Former Professional Goalkeeper, US Soccer Youth National Team Goalkeeper Coach, Goalkeeper Coach for the Bronze Medal US U19 Women’s Team in the 2023 Pan American Games, Director of Goalkeeping SAC, Goalkeeper Coach for Maryland United Girls Soccer, 18 years of collegiate coaching, 3 Time Collegiate All-American, Inducted in the the Hall of Fame 4 times, currently hold the collegiate record with 57 career shutouts. Currently coaching over 300 goalkeepers from all different clubs.

TBD each week. Consist of college coaches, ODP coaches, regional staff coaches and former professional goalkeepers and current professional goalkeepers in town making an appearances to coach for a week.
